Related to SR workflow

Hi,

Is there any way to trigger/invoke a customized workflow from create SR form/create case screen.

We have to initiate a customized workflow (based on customer requirement) from SR form once SR has been created.

Can we customize standard SR workflow as per our requirement, as it is getting launched after saving the SR in create SR/create case screen.
