Reversing lines on WO which are issued Material

Hi,
We are encountering an issue (WS cume 11)  where we are not able to reverse the material issue on lines on WO for components(Some lines are open and some lines are displaying CLOSED, WO is in status 45).

Following is the background.. Someone might have changed the Issue Type code of one of the  component on WO from I(Manual Issue to U -Superbackflush).. The inventory was manually issued on all components properly intially but may be due to some reason superbackflush program also selected the WO which created multiple additional lines of components again on WO and issued material to that.
