Deployment failed: wsm-pm and MDS error

Hi all,

I'm not sure if here is correct place for my question, but Weblogic Server 10.3.6 and WebCenter Managed Server has a Problem with deployment of wsm-pm.ear. I get the follwoing error and DB-Connections test seems good. How can I solve the issue?

oracle.mds.lcm.exception.MDSLCMException: MDS-01330: MDS-Konfigurationdokument kann nicht geladen werden
MDS-01329: Element "persistence-config" kann nicht geladen werden
MDS-01370: Die Konfiguration des Metadatenspeichers ist für metadata-store-usage "WebCenterFileMetadataStore" ungültig.
ORA-04063: package body "WCNDMZ_MDS.MDS_INTERNAL_SHREDDED" enthält Fehler
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: aufgerufene Programmeinheit : "WCNDMZ_MDS.MDS_INTERNAL_SHREDDED" konnte nicht gefunden werden
