Tax Authority & Withholding Tax - R12

Hi,

In 11i when creating a Withholding Tax Code a Tax Authority was selected.

The values that appeared in the Tax Authority field were the Suppliers defined with the value 'Tax Authority' for the Supplier Type field at Supplier definition level.

Does this continue working like that in R12?
