Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to get EU member state registration status in Ebtax

Hi All,

I am trying to create Tax determining factor set and Tax conditions.

Requirement is for AR tax ;

1. To verify if customer is registered in Ship-To country (in yes, rate is 0% and tax code is ABC)

2. Else verify if customer is registered in Ship-From country (if yes, rate is 10% and tax code is DEF)

3. Else verify if customer is registered in EU Member state (if yes, rate is 0%, and tax code is GHI)

4. If customer is not registered then apply 10% tax with tax code as DEF.

So, here i need help in setting up tax determining factor and tax condition for line 3
