Why ZFS uses SDDs more intelligently than other file/storage systems?

I always hear that ZFS uses SSDs more intelligently than other file/storage systems, but that still isn't bright clear.
Would it be due the kind of objects/structures kept on L2ARC?
Please, what's the complete list of advantages with respect to better SSD usage?
