Rerouting of Intransit Inventory

Hi,

Is there any way to do the reassignment for InTransit Inventory ? For ex: I am transferring the Inventory from Org A to B. It is Intransit Shipment. I shipped from A. But, Now I changed the requirement & want to redirect the Inventory to Org C instaed of B. I want to avoid receiving in B & then sending it to C. Is it possible to do this reassignment from B to C while Inventory is in intrasit ?

Another related quesiton is, Can I cancel the Shipment Transaction from A without receiving in B & create a fresh transaction from A to C ?
