database migration from 10 to 11g single instance on AIX to RAC 2 node on RHEL using goldengate

Hello,

We are to migrate a database from 10g on AIX to 11g  LINUX using goldenagte to minimize downtime.

What are the configuration changes required in goldengate for RAC setup where source and target are of different Endian Formats

what is the recommened approach for initial migration and change capture mechanism that has to be involved to effectively migrate with minimal downtime.
