How to generate a BUI account and role report using CLI in Ops Center 11g?

Hi:I need to generate a BUI account and role report in Ops Center 11g for entitlement review. I would like to use CLI to do that but I don't see  CLI has commands in this area. Did I miss that?
Any recommendation?
