Entry appears in the F03B13 (Receipts Header) but does not appear in the F03B14(Receipts Detail)

A cash entry was entered.  It appears in the Receipt header but the detail does not appear Receipt detail. The entry cannot be deleted. The bank statement does not match the jjournal entry.  What is the best way to resolve this?
