GG veridata report shows a lot out of sync or errors, however replicat process report no error or no

I have created 5 replicat processes on target to 5 extract on the source. It has been processed for a while, and I did not see any errors under /dirrpt or on ggserr.log.
Then I restarted veridata today and created groups, jobs, and ran the jobs.
from the report, I saw a lot out of sync, or fails.

I have to ask help to identify why this happened?
