Application job running long

Right now one application job running longer than normal. Tthe job runs below 30 min normally but today it is running more than 4 hrs

I have attached the sql and trace file for this job,pls help me to find the cause of long running

Note:

The job is (running)connecting thru application server (aix034) to prdr database, in prdr there is one public synonym which is pointing to prdc where the original table’s home.
