Unable to see Essbase substitute variable

Hi,

IHAC who is facing below issue:

In EAS console on Windows Server where eas client is installed, we  can not see the substitute variable list.
However, when we open the EAS console using EAS Web URL in local machine, we can see the list of variables.

What could be the reason?
