Backup from different nodes

Hello Team,
There are 10 DBs running in a RAC server, we have 3 nodes setup. backup has been scheduled in dbms scheduler. Everytime when schedular initiates backups, all the backups starting from a single node.. is there any way to set few DBs from different node ? I have tried with instance stickness, but it didnt work.. please advise..
