Can I please get your inputs on the subjected issue You are not authorized to use this functionality. Contact your administrator.

Version 11.1.1.3.00 and later

Tried below steps to fix it for variuos customers so far:

1.Provision the User with Reporting and Analysis Administrator and Reporting and Analysis Global Administrator
2.Change the binding order of the primary NIC on the FR Report Server box so that the FR Report Server IP address is 1st in the bind order.
3.Reboot the FR Report Server Box.
4. BUG:10322836 - YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THIS FUNCTIONALITY, WHEN LOGGING TO FR STUDIO[This section is not visible to customers.]
