Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. oracle client 10.2.0.4 crash on windows 2008 R2

I am getting abnormal program termination error while trying to install oracle client(10.2.0.4) on Windows 2008 R2(64 bit machine).

Kindly help mw with work around if any.
