Hyperion Smart View Error, "Empty member set is returned from Essbase server"

Hi Experts,

IHAC with an issue where Smart View 11.1.2.1. is presenting Error "Empty member set is returned from Essbase server" when drilling down the Essbase cube for a member selection.

Smart View 11.1.2.1 is being used on Win 7. 

Screen shot of one of the aliases that is giving the error when trying to drill down on Total Assets [1] is attached here.

Any suggestions / pointers will be much appreciated.
