configure/test notification in Ops Center 11g BUI.

Hi:

I would like to configure notification in Ops Center 11g BUI. I asked the mail backbone team in our company about "Mail Host", "Port",  "Mail User", "Mail Password" and "Connection Security (STARTTLS, SSL/TLS or NONE)". Here are their feedback.

We have no passwords and no ACLs for applications.  No mail users no mail passwords.  Relay is localhost and port is 25

I tried to configure notification but not working.

Could you advise the way to configure and testing that.
