Project Management - Progress Management
Hello, I want to know how best to setup a project and workplan to accomplish measurement on Project progress.
We need to measure actual work quantities to determine percent complete, and also use this for daily/weekly customer reports.
However, there are more than one units of measure associated with each task. We are in the Oil and Gas survey services business - so say we have a task called Recording. To measure progress on recording, we need to know the actual work quantities like points taken, points laid, stations laid, stations picked up etc.,
When I try to update progress on a task, looks like I have the option to select only one work quantity/units of measure to update progress on the task.
