FDM Batch Monitor: "Waiting for Batch Processes to Start(1)"

Hi Experts,

I got below question from my Customer:

Why does the blue banner in the FDM Batch Monitor say "waiting for batch processes to start(1)" when the batch is obviously running?

FDM 11.2.1.1 on Windows Server (R) 2008 Enterprise Server 64-bit

Attached screen print of the same, please let me know.
