Arabic NLS patch R12.AD.B.1, Patch 7461070

We are upgrading Oracle 11i to R12 and and during apply Arabic NLS  patch stopped because it could not generate 3 forms which are:
ARXLOBOX.fmx
CSTFVTLC.fmx
WMSLABEL.fmx
So, we continued apply the patch and it applied successfully
Also, we have more than 1600 invalid objects
