PRC Transaction Import parameter Batch Name - No entries found

We just upgraded to R12 and are testing.  When trying to run PRC: Transaction Import and enter the batch name, I get an error "No entries found" even though there is a batch with the transaction source I am using in pending status in the pa_transaction_interface_all and pa_transaction_xface_control xface tables.  I'm wondering if there is something wrong with our setup/configuration of our operating unit and maybe this is causing the problem?  Any idea what could cause this?
