Web ADI Crashing Excel 2010

  We seem to have a problem with a growing number of users whereby Web ADI is crashing Excel 2010 (32 bit)  using the GL Journals template when a user does the following:  enables macros, double clicks on reversal date, chooses a reversal date or an Oracle command is launched (using the Add-Ins > Oracle toolbar command to look up values or upload the journal).  Excel crashes with "Microsoft Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close." error.  We rebuilt the template from scratch and that doesn't seem to help.   And the problem for some people is intermittent,
