Notify List Shows Names Twice, but Cannot Tell Difference Between Them
We are getting complaints when a user is submitting a concurrent request, and selecting users to notify.
When we go to Submit Request, Options, Notify, and search for a user, we see something like this for many of our employees:
Name Originating System Name Description
Rubble, Barney Employee Rubble, Barney
Rubble, Barney Employee Rubble, Barney
One record refers to the HR Employee record, and will email to the company email address. Another record refers to the Candidate, or Applicant record, and will email to the personal email address. The problem is, we cannot tell which. We would like to see the type of HR record.
