Unable to update price in a Blanket Agreement

Hi

Unable to update price in a blanket agreement. While updating system is throwing an error message as "The Item on the  Agreement line is Invalid. OSP and Inactive items are not allowed"

Have checked the Item Attributes at both Master and Org level and the Item is Active Item and was never an Inactive Item even earlier. Also

Need help to rectify this error.
