Error while starting SyncPDC

  Hi,
While starting SyncPDC utility, this error displays :

SEVERE: Error parsing XML file: [/opt/oracle/product/pdc/apps/syncpdc/xml/extract/Glid.xml]
java.io.UTFDataFormatException: Invalid UTF8 encoding.
