July CPU

We are using EBS version 12.1.3

I am still relatively new to this.

I do have a question. We didn't get the chance to apply April CPU. Now that July CPU is already out. Is it possible for us to skip April CPU and apply July CPU directly? Are the changes for the patch cumulative? Gurus, please advise. Thank you very much.
