EBS 11.5.10.2 how to show the user enter parameter in report

Hi :

we are in EBS 11.5.10.2 and using Oracle Form.  We have a concurrent program that user enter "From Date" and  "To Date" when user submit the concurrent program.  I have a requirement to SHOW these two user parameter "from Date" and "To Date" in the report.    Since we are also using BI publisher, eventually this user parameter "from Data" and 'to Date" must be available for XML tag and being able pick up by BI

what is the best way to do it?
