P30200 Bill oF Material off P3411 generating different results from running independently

When running P3411 Detail message from MRP, the application can call P30200 to check BOM availability from the parent Item. The results of BOM availability differ from running P30200 directly and I do not know the reason why. When running independently, the results are accurate and reflect hard committments. The P30200 version used when calling from the P3411 and the P30222 version run independently are identical.

Does anyone have any ideas how this could occur.
