R12.1.3: What is the Best Way to Determine the Latest Patches

Hi,
I have been trying to come up with a way to find latest patches for each module and I have tried the following


1. Patch Wizard

I have run patch wizard after downloading the latest infobundle, and ran it with latest patches and newer code releases but it doesn't include the latest RUP patches for most modules.


2. patchset.sh

I have been trying to download this scripts however I am having trouble downloading it from the sftp server.
Can I please have the latest released copy of it.



is there any other method using which I can find a comprehensive list of patches?
