Cash Application Work Queue

Oracle Receivables 12.1.2

Requirement - Need the ability to assign cash receipts by Collector.  The current setup and parameters do not have Collector as an option.

Has anyone setup a custom parameter in the Cash Application Work Queue setup?  Collectors are currently defined using the Territories module not in the Customer Profile Class.
