Can dimension members be marked as terminated / obsolete so they do not show in Planning forms 9.3.3

Hello,

Can dimension members be marked as terminated / obsolete so that they do not show in Planning forms 9.3.3?

For example, let's say we have dimension "locations", and members 1 to 100, and we do not use some of the locations anymore, but may use them again in the future.  Our Planning form is designed to show all location members, but we want to mark some not to be shown, because sometimes users select members that are not currently available for this planning year.  It would be best if fix statements in calc scripts and reports skipped them also, but our main interest is to hide them on Planning forms.
