Buyer Work Center Question to Buyers

Hello All, Procurement Development has asked me to get more information from companies who have request that the Buyer Work Center support Blanket Agreements and Releases.  They would like to know the functional gaps of this limitation and why clients are hesitant to convert to just using standard POs for execution documents, which is the industry standard.
