Mass Transfer of Non Cap Assets using MC template/type

Hello,

I am trying to create a mass change to transfer Non Capitalize Assets via a Mass Change, similar to the Mass change IUT.  I have created the MC type and template and the data loads into INTFC_PHY_A. 

The problem is when loading via AMIF1000, no rows are written to COST_NON_CAP for the transfer in row on INTFC_PHY_A.  The transfer out row is set to not active and does not appear in COST_NON_CAP.

I have tried various combinations for INTFC_TYPE = (REN/TRN, TRN/TRN, IUI/IUO), CAPITALIZATION_SW is 4, FINANCIAL_ASSET_SW = N (NON_CAP).
