FA Projections not picking up Budget Books

I have defined a Budget Book for 2013 and entered budgets for a specific Category. There are budgeted amounts for each Period. I run FA Projections selecting the Budget Book. Report Detail is set to Cost Center. Program runs but get results saying "No Data Found"

Can FA Projections be used against a Budget Book and if so is there anything special when submitting program?
