Oracle EPM System 11.1.2.3 and Ipad.

Hello all!In certification matrix for 11.1.2.3 version I see "Mobile Certification" for IOS 5 and 6. Does it mean that I can open workspace in Safari on Ipad for example?
Just tried it but without any success . May be there should be some additional requirements?
