Integrating with Twitter

 I need help in the Sites integration with Twitter. I already succeeded in the integration with Facebook but for Twitter I followed the steps in the developer guide and now when i try to login the Twitter icon shown to me and we I press on it it opens my Twitter application and i write my username and password then it redirects me again to my site but it give "Internal Server error"  below is the exception shown in the server logs.
