Error while applying patch 17054307:R12.AP.B

Customer is gettting following error , while applying patch 17054307:R12.AP.B

While Applying the given patch ,we are getting below given error

We tried to follow the steps given in the Note 762718.1 but there is no directory exits in /usr  like
/usr/vac/bin
/usr/vacpp/bin

and The make command failed with below error
