Locator Control - Subinventory

Hi,

I would like to create new sub inventory for newly created inventory organization.

while creation of sub inventory I am not able to select Locator Control as Dynamic Entry because it's grayed out.

Please refer screen shot.

I hope some setup is required at Inventory organization.
