No tax on Late charges

Hi All,

I have a requirement where in no tax should be calculated on Late charges in AR.Currently in our system we have tax enabled at LE level so we have ruled out option in docid:975274.1

and bug: 6174374(ISSUES IN RULE BASED ON TRANS TYPE).This issue has been addressed in bug# 6441466. So is there any alternate way for acheiving this.

Appreciate if anyone can respond asap.
