Converting Account to Partner Account

I am having an error whenever I tried converting a normal Account to a Partner Account. The step that I did was to check the "Managed Partner" to be able to convert it to a Partner Account. However, it gave me an error: "SBL-DAT-50085"

I found this on Help Section, however, the issue remains unresolved:
