 HiWhen i try to import payment files in AR lock box i get below error

Error Message:- ORA-01403: no data found in Package AR_RECEIPT_API_PUB Procedure Apply

Transaction Type Allows Over application

suggested fix is p_show_closed_invoices         => 'Y' 

But the invoice selected for applying the receipt does not have closed invoices. But why it is causing the issue.

What is the functionality of Transaction Type Allows Over application
