A couple of our Oracle 10.2.0.4 instances have started generating the following alerts (seen via the OEM DBconsole)

ORA-07445 [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [kghdmp_tpga_new+61] [PC:0x58E412F] [ADDR:0X238] [UNABLE_TO_READ]

Unfortunately I am unable to send any logs to Oracle so am unable to raise a SR as they will ask for the logs.

These are the only alerts in the log and there are no ORA-600 corresponding alerts in the logs.

We receive about 10-20 of these alerts in a 1 hour window and then they stop for a few days then restart.

The first argument seems to imply a potential PGA issue and I am considering the possibility that this may be a PGA sizing issue.
