Upgrade from oem12c2 to oem12c3

It has been suggested that I upgrade my OEM Grid from 12c2 to 12c3 to address errors that have been happening. 

1, Is there a forum for this?

2. Is there a condensed upgrade guide for this upgrade? We are on linux64

3. Is there any issues that can be shared with the upgrade?

4. Can you upgrade on the same server into a new oracle home -- and not do a fresh installation...?
