Questions about 7410 fw upgrade (OS version steps) and how to resolve as workaround if there be a p

Hi all,
I would like to ask you about 7410 fw upgrade.
in these days, I faced the issue about BUG:15695312 (was SUNBUG: 7017161), during one week, we had several seagate disks.
So I would like to upgrade the 7410 fw to 2011Q1.6.0. (SU15)

Here are my questions and please let me advise.

Current AR version : 2010Q3.4.2 (seagate disk fw : SU0F)
Target  AR version : 2011Q1.6.0 or 2011Q1.7.0 (seagate disk fw : SU15)

Question #1. If I would like to upgrade this system to 2011Q1.7.0, we upgrade it first 2011Q1.4.2 then 2011Q1.7.0 by readme of 2011Q1.7.0
             If it be right, we have to upgrade from 2010Q3.4.2 to 2011Q1.4.2.
