Does Oracle Field Service have this feature or functionality out of the box?
Hello,
I would like to know if there is a way to alert/notify a Manager or Dispatcher when a Task which has a 4 Hour response (defined in SLA) time and the Field Tech has not accepted the Task or has not changed Task Status within the given time frame.
Please let me know your ideas or input. As always, I appreciate your help.
