Prevent discounting (Discount % or Selling Price) on Quote

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to prevent adjusting the price of a product on a quote line?  There are 2 columns "Discount %" and "Selling Price" that allow the user to enter a value to adjust the price for each line of the quote.  I want to prevent the users from being able to modify the price for a specific line (not all lines).  Is this possible?
