Getting Error"Error "Please choose an existing combination" while change request date on Sales orde

Hi All,

While Creating the Sales order when user changing a request date on the Sales order. he encountered the Error "Please choose an existing combination" first this issue happen only with one customer later it happen to 8-10 people, we did clear cookies and take some corrective actions but still the problem continue intermittently,   we logged SR 3-7645515091 to oracle we need urgent solution from oracle community if any person resolved such kind of issue earlier please help us,
