Budgets

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hi,

We are currently assigning each employee with Costing information at assignment level. Costing information is tied Oracle GL COA structure (Cost Center Segment).

There are 10 - 15 Cost Centers which are designed (in GL) in such a way that Cost Center captures the Executive Leadership Team member id (Each member is provided with an id).

We would like to do HR head count budget against these 10-15 specific Cost Centers. I see that in Oracle we can only budget against oragnization, job, grade, position and open. How can we address above requirement ?
