Oracle sourcing

An RFQ event is created with Suppliers and published, now we added  additional Suppliers to the same RFQ and a confirmation is received for the additional of suppliers. After the buyer added the new Suppliers , the new added suppliers cannot see the email and Notification in their sourcing home page. Actually, the new suppliers cannot see the event. Am I missing any profile options. Any input will be appreciated.
